Why Not Zeus

Zeus was one of the best looking foals of the 2021 crop. He has that Top Gun look with a waterfall mane and tail. He has quite a personality and really wants to please. Give us a call to find out more about him if you are looking for a stud. He was born with a curve in his right hind because he was sooo big in the womb and possibly a mineral deficiency. We had the vet put a screw in it to help when he was a month old. The surgery was a success and as we watched him grow up he was not lame on it at all We held our breath and sent him in the fall of 2023 to get started. He has not been lame since he has started riding either. Watch the video and judge for yourself.

Mary thinks he is better looking than Top Gun at the same age! Our plan was to breed him breed him to a couple of test mares in 2024. Plans changed after Top Gun got hurt right after turn out and his couple of mares turned into 6! Look for his first foals in the spring of 2025.

Harlans Grey Wolf was a colt that we made the mistake of selling. We had sent him out for 30 days and the trainer called after 9 days and said "don't sell this horse." Unfortunately we had just sold him to a buyer from Michigan 2 days before the call. Why Not Friday was a "catch" foal and we are fortunate to have her. Watch Friday More was one of the first foals we had. Her mom came from the Don Stearns dispersal.
